  Ovvero come rendere un personaggio di pura fantasia un simbolo contro la politica distorta e dannosa.

  Ernesto “Che” Guevara, a partire dal 1968, grazie alla celebre foto scattata da Alberto Korda e successivamente sublimata graficamente dall’artista irlandese Jim Fitzpatrick, diventa il simbolo eroico della rivoluzione: un novello David contro i Golia che dominano il mondo.

  Col tempo, soprattutto in Occidente, questa immagine si trasforma progressivamente in un’icona pop, sfruttata come oggetto di merchandising.

  Pikachu, invece, nasce come icona pop nel 1996 e rappresenta il più famoso dei Pokémon di tutti i tempi.

  Oggi, torna alla ribalta grazie alla fantasia dei manifestanti che hanno indossato costumi da Pikachu durante le proteste a Washington D.C. contro le politiche di Musk e Trump, o in occasione dell’arresto del sindaco di Istanbul, in Turchia.

  Sublimando e fondendo queste due icone pop, nasce PikaCHE: un omaggio a tutti coloro che sognano un futuro migliore per sé stessi e per gli altri, senza perdere il sorriso e la voglia di sognare.

  Ernesto ‘Che’ Guevara, starting in 1968, thanks to the famous photo taken by Alberto Korda and later graphically sublimated by Irish artist Jim Fitzpatrick, became the heroic symbol of revolution: a new David against the Goliaths who dominate the world

  Over time, especially in the West, this image gradually turned into a pop icon, exploited as a merchandising object.

  Pikachu, on the other hand, was born as a pop icon in 1996 and represents the most famous Pokémon of all time.

  Today, it is back in the limelight thanks to the imagination of protesters who wore Pikachu costumes during protests in Washington D.C. against Musk and Trump's policies, or on the occasion of the arrest of the mayor of Istanbul, Turkey.

  By sublimating and merging these two pop icons, PikaCHE was born: a tribute to all those who dream of a better future for themselves and others, without losing their smile and desire to dream.
